Tammy Kannokko

Claims Administrator

Tammy is one of the longest serving employees at Holden + Taylor (even longer than Scott!). She started when the company was first known as Holden Insurance and Financial Services. Since then, she has been perfecting her role as claims administrator and adjudicator, providing assistance for clients using PHSP and MyHSA. For 11 years, Tammy has brought laughs and personable customer service to the company.

Getting to know Tammy

When she isn’t processing claims, Tammy is a social butterfly. She values her time with friends and family and most importantly, spoiling her granddaughter.

What is her financial guilty pleasure?

To treat herself, Tammy loves to get herself pedicures and relaxation messages!

Cathy Neufeld

Executive Assistant + Insurance Client Services

Cathy holds a wealth of knowledge in administration – 25 years to be exact! She is the support the allows Scott and Crystal to spend more time helping clients. As an executive assistant, she aids Holden + Taylor in being organized, efficient, and paperless!

She works primarily on servicing insurance clients but behind the scenes you will find her making processes more efficient, and our database more streamlined.

She always has a positive attitude in the office and loves to help both clients and staff.

Getting to know Cathy

Cathy is a proud owner and advocate for her rescue Pitbull, Moose. She will happily approach misconceptions about the breed and show you why they are just like any other dog – but maybe cuddlier! She will tear down those discriminations all whilst snuggling her pooch. You can also find her curled up on the couch with her e-reader! She can easily read 3-4 books in a month.

What is her financial guilty pleasure?

When you see Cathy, you know her hair is one of her favourite ways to express her fun personality (and it helps her daughter is an amazing colour stylist!). You can also always find her nails manicured, typically with a fun design – she doesn’t believe in boring nail styles! Her last guilty pleasure is her Friday “cheat day” lunches.
